Account Deletion Request
If you no longer want to use your Xensco account, you can request complete account deletion at any time.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal information from our systems.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an Email Request
To delete your account, please send an email to:
Subject:
Delete My Xensco AccountInclude the following in your email:
- The email you used to sign in
- A simple message confirming that you want your account deleted
Example:
"I want to permanently delete my Xensco account and all associated data."
Processing Time: We will process your request within 7 days and send a confirmation once done.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Permanently Removed Information
When you request deletion, we permanently delete:
- Your account information (name, email)
- Account settings and preferences
- Saved plans, boards, and wedding details connected to your account
- App usage history connected to your account
- Messages and vendor shortlists tied to the account
What Data We May Keep
Legally Required Retention
For legal, security, and fraud-prevention reasons, we may retain:
- Payment and transaction records
- Server logs (short-term, automatically deleted)
- Anonymous analytics data that cannot identify you
